On Friday, Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Indian cricket team, shared insights into his leadership role and the responsibilities it entails. Addressing an event in Mumbai, he expressed appreciation for the multifaceted nature of his position, which involves making strategic decisions on the field and managing the diverse personalities of individual players off the field.
