In a recent development, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a high-risk advisory for Apple products, echoing a similar cautionary note issued for Samsung earlier. This advisory underscores the existence of multiple vulnerabilities across Apple’s ecosystem, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and the Safari browser.

CERT-In has brought attention to a range of potential threats, citing vulnerabilities that could allow unauthorized access to sensitive information, execution of arbitrary code, circumvention of security measures, creation of denial-of-service (DoS) conditions, authentication bypass, elevation of privileges, and the initiation of spoofing attacks on targeted systems.

This advisory aligns with the growing concerns about cybersecurity, as both Samsung and Apple products face identified vulnerabilities. In a separate warning earlier in the week, CERT-In had issued a cautionary statement regarding potential risks associated with Samsung Galaxy phones, specifying vulnerabilities in Samsung Mobile Android versions 11, 12, 13, and 14. The need for heightened vigilance and prompt security measures is emphasized in light of these identified risks.
