For the inaugural occasion, DDA presents an array of over 1,100 luxury flats, encompassing penthouses and high-income group (HIG) residences, situated in Dwarka Sector 19B with a scenic view of the Golf Course.

Under its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023,’ the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is presenting 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxurious penthouses. Registration for these flats, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, opens today. The flats are strategically located in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, offering a diverse range of options. Prices for these residences vary from ₹11.5 lakh to ₹5 crore. DDA officials have confirmed that a nominal registration fee will be applicable for potential buyers applying for this enticing scheme.

Prospective applicants can submit their applications online through the DDA website at dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in. The comprehensive scheme encompasses flats in various categories, catering to super high-income group (SHIG), high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG), and economically weaker section (EWS). These flats are strategically located in Narela, Dwarka (Sector 19B and Sector-14), Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram as part of the planned phase.

The luxury flats, along with select MIG (mid-income) residences in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram, will be accessible through the e-auction mode. Furthermore, 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, 316 LIG flats, and 1008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, coupled with 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram, as well as over 28,000 flats in Narela spanning various categories, will be made available through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode. As per PTI, presently, 24,000 flats are prepared for occupancy, and the construction of the remaining 8,500 units is expected to be finalized within the next six months.
